Wilber spells Kosmos with a capital K to indicate that it refers not only to the physical cosmos but to all dimensions and realms of existence, including matter, body, mind, and spirit, manifest as well as unmanifest reality, nature, culture, and self, including art and spirituality (Wilber 2000a, p. 45).
